Free Consultation

We believe the better informed you are, the more you will enjoy the homebuilding process. Meet with our team of custom home building experts to discuss your vision. This meeting will give you a better understanding of where you want to build, the type of home, the timeframe and the costs.This meeting will give you a n opportunity to ask questions and obtain references for ANG - Homes as well.

Design Your Own Floor Plan or Choose from More than 35 ANG - Homes Plans. Begin to Choose Your Custom Selections.

 

Continue the conversation. We will assist you in choosing or designing the perfect floor plan to meet your needs. We will also work with you to begin determining specifications for your home and selecting options. Our Selections and Options Specialist will work with you to carefully select items you want for your new home, while maintaining your budget.

Review Final Pricing and Construction Agreement

 

We will mutually agree upon the final pricing of your home including, any options that you have chosen. We will then sign the construction contract so that we may begin building your new home. We offer Guaranteed Pricing, this means the price you agree to on the contract will be the price you pay.

Watch Us Build Your New Home

 

ANG - b.c. will begin construction on your custom home. We will work with you every step of the way. We are always happy to answer any questions.

Expect consistent communication during the construction process. As a local builder, we will give you the attention you deserve. Conversations are critical to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your new home. Some conversations may simply be a phone call and at other times we will meet on-site to review specific items before moving forward.

Homeowner Orientation and Walk-through

 

The Homeowner Orientation typically occurs one week before you plan to move into your new home. This is an introduction to your new home. At this time, our Customer Service Manager will walk you through your entire home both inside and out. He will show you where everything is located and demonstrate how it works. This is also the time we will take note of any items that need completion or correction prior to your move in. We want to make sure the quality of all materials and workmanship are exceptional.

60-Day Quality Assurance Visit

 

After you've lived in your new home for approximately 2 months, our Customer Service Manager will contact you to assist with any warranty items that may need attention. If any issues arise before the 60 days, we have a warranty request system, with a guaranteed response within 24 business hours.

One-Year Quality Assurance Visit

 

After living in your new home for a full year, our Customer Service Manager will contact you to assist with any warranty items that you may have.
